ABOUT
THE ARTIST:
How
do you draw something that has rarely been seen?
Southeast Alaskan artist RobRoy Menzies uses eyewitnesses
and a little imagination. His interest in Bigfoot started
when he was a boy, and is still fascinated by the subject.
Rob attempts to create close and accurate visuals using data
from witnesses and reports from all over the world. He has
even drawn from eyewitnesses much like a police sketch artist.
Rob's Bigfoot work has been used on nationally syndicated
TV shows, websites, and books. His work is currently displayed
at the Vancouver Museum "Sasquatch!" exhibit. He
also specializes in painting wildlife art, fantasy, and portraits.
His background includes television production, website design
and an array of multimedia design work. RobRoy Menzies was
born in 1966 and raised in Juneau, Alaska. He currently lives
in Eagle River, Alaska.
