Description of event: *[NOTE: there is no Smugglers Cove in Lincoln County, where Newport is. However, there is a Smugglers Cove in Tillamook County] Michael had a report from last Aug. in 1991. He has a condo at Smugglers Cove near Newport, Or., where he saw a BF with no neck, long black hair, and taking big strides as the thing was walking around the edge of a small lake across from the condo. His sister April, her hushand and son witnessed the beast also.
