Description of event: I'm a 38 year old man,telling you what happened to me,when I was 14.My father,and I went to Naples for opening day deer season.I was still to young to legally hunt,so I got the task of "driving or say pushing" the deer to my father.It was very cold that morning.there was patches of snow on the ground,but it wasnt snowing this day.It was overcast,and gloomy that morning as day broke.We had split up just before dawn.My father had dropped me off,on this gravel road we were on,and went down the road quite aways out of my site.I entered the woods,and it was now day break.I believe it was around 8:30 or so.I was getting tired of the walking (very hilly dence woods).I walked into this one area of the woods through a deep gully with ridges on both sides.I climbed up this one ridge,and sat down against a large fallen tree,and dozed off.I woke up hearing this loud crack sound (it had been very quite all morning)kinda creepy like.I looked around,and saw this large "thing" right across from me on the other ridge.It wasnt a bear,I really got scared,cuz I didnt know what it was,but it was BIG,real BIG.It had fur all over it,like a bear does,but it was standing there like a man would.It had dark brown hair,light colored hair at its shoulders,and down around its thighs,and knees.It had this nasty matted long hair covering its face,but I could see its breath coming through its hair.We stared at each other for quite some time,and then all of a sudden it took a step towards me.I jumped up,spun around,and ran as fast as I could possibly run.I ran through those woods,not knowing where I was,but finally made it to the road.I dont belive it even chased me.
