Description of event: Well I was going on my daily walk and I was seeing this subject walking across the tracks and every time it was walking across it was getting closer to where I was standing. So I stopped for a couple seconds and I thought what it could of been and then I thought it was a bear so I kept walking. And then it got maybe 100 yds and then at that time I could tell what it was.
It was like a large black creature about 9 ft tall. It was truely the most frightning time of my life.
