Description of event: Note: Above 'Rural residential' should also mix with well used highway as it borders a farm and a to the west rural area. DETAILS: This past 2011 Summer -- my dog 'Weeble Wobble' and I were visiting my mom in her manufactured home park. About 2 a.m., armed with only a cheap flashlight, I took my dog out to the fenced-off, no lights back yard to do his business -- and rather than lifting his leg, he stood rock-steady staring into the near pitch blackness over the fence that was heavily covered in approx. 15 foot bushes. It should be noted Weeble's gaze was aimed more towards the top of the approx. eight-foot fence. It was then I heard, wait -- make that we heard this deep, repetitive 'WUU-ahh, WUU-ahh' sound coming from the other side of the fence in the farm field. Weeble and I stood there for about 60 seconds wondering what 'it' was ... and yes, I was feeling a tad afraid. Ultimately, I whispered, 'Weeble! C'mon -- let's go!' He turned tail and ran past me, and towards the car-port area where the back door was.
