Description of event: I was 9 and my brother was 10. My family was coming back from a cross country trip. My dad was asleep and my mom was driving. My brother was asleep and I just started to wake up. The sun had just came up and light was pouring through the valley. We came around a bend slowing down a little and I heard my mom curse. We thought it was a hitchhiker at first, crouched down by the side of the road, but as we got closer it turned and looked at us, stood up and with one stride disappeared into the forest. It was big. Easy 8-1/2 to 9 ft, covered in light brown hair ... the eyes were so big and dark. I just cried. I was terrified. One speeding ticket later were home. We lived in Mill City at the time.
