Approx ten miles east of Roseburg
I live in Roseburg Oregon. On September 11, 2001 I was driving out to the Coos Bay Wagon Road (about 10 miles from town.) to find a good place to have a party this weekend. It was about 10:30 pm and I was heading home when I stopped to get out and relieve myself. While I was outside my car I smelled something very strange it was sort of like body odor & musk. At first I thought it was just elk scent; but as I was heading back to my car I heard this cry that I've never heard before it sounded to be off in the distance so I hurried up to leave.
When I started to leave another cry sounded this one was very close. About a half mile up the road I saw what I think may have been a Bigfoot. It was about 7 to 8 feet tall and had fur on its body which seemed to be either black or dark brown. I put my 'brights' on and it went back into the trees about 5 yards and paused for a bit and then ran off all the white on two feet. I never did see anyone else out there.
