Description of event: I live in a house practically in the national forest, and have always been freaked out. My mom had already went to bed and i was alone...it was about 11 o'clock. I was just sitting...doing nothing really and i heard a high pitched howl like scream off in the distance....let's just say i freaked out a wee bit..this went on for 5 maybe 10 minutes...i tried to wake my mom up because not only was i scared, but i wanted a witness, but she wouldn't wakeup. The screams continued and i just tried to ingnore it.
