I am an Native from Eagle. There once lived an old lady in the village when I was a child. My cousin and I saw huge tracks early one winter morning, and the dogs had been barking almost all night. She came out of her house smiled and said "They come down from the third peak" as she pointed she added "they don't do anything really, just eat or take". I know they come down every 7 - 14 years.
