I heard the noise from my front porch, so I will not be giving directions.
Description of event: I was standing on my front porch reading a book when I heard a noise that sounded like a whoop-whoop-whoop and then a scream. At first I thought it was a house alarm but it was moving. It got louder and then faded. The noise happened over and over until I finally got freaked out and went inside.
