The tracks were along the creek bank. I don't know the name of the creek. Early morning trout fishing expedition.
Description of event: I went trout fishing on the creek. In the early morning, found the tracks on a muddy part of the bank. They were large footprints 5 toes on each foot. Much larger than a human's. Most of the area is rocky and covered with vegetation.It was a rainy day.
I returned to the area many times and never seen tracks again. My Wife and I live near the area. We have heard strange calls on many different occasions. High pitched. Not coyote or other recognizable animal species but not for many years.
