REPORT DETAIL

Description of event: I was sitting in my house and I thought I heard an emergency vehicle in the distance which is rare where I live, kind of a "woop woop" sound that a police car can make. I went outside and it was foggy and cold and listened for the vehicle again when I heard more of a high pitched howl or yell. I have not heard this before and I have lived in this house for 3 years, the dogs in the distance were going crazy. It gave me a very unsettled feeling to say the least and I went back inside and locked the door.
