How do I join the members section?

Why join?

In the Members Section, you'll have access to exclusive Bigfoot-related photos, videos, sound files, articles and more. Oregonbigfoot.com's members section is UNIQUE and much of the content is EXCLUSIVE to Oregonbigfoot.com You won't find it anywhere else.

Why do you have a Members Section?

Because we have to. Running a website this big costs a LOT of money. For larger files, if we didn't charge, we couldn't afford to provide them. You don't HAVE to join, of course... no one's twisting your arm and there's plenty of good stuff in the regular site. This is for those of you who want it all and are willing to cover the costs of the bandwidth you use and the time it takes to provide the extra-good stuff. :)

How much is membership?

Membership is $4.95 per month, billed every 30 days. You may cancel at any time.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

It only takes a couple of minutes to sign up for one. Just click the button above to get started. PayPal has become industry standard for accepting online payments, and will ensure that your membership is renewed each month. You can pay either with a credit card or an e-check. If you pay by e-check, your account access will begin once your e-check has cleared.

How soon after I pay will I have access to the site?

As soon as we verify your payment, we'll send you an email to inform you that your account is active. Please check both the email account you signed up with and your PAYPAL email account, if it's different.

Can I receive a refund?

Sorry - no refunds. If you don't wish to continue your subscription, simply cancel it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Before you cancel, consider our "grandfather" clause... Canceling your membership means losing your current monthly subscription rate. Continuous membership lets you keep your current rate, even if the monthly rate increases. If you cancel and want to join again later, you'll have to subscribe at the current membership rate at that time.

If you would like to cancel this subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button. Choose this subscription, and click on its "Status." You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.

Can I post a file I found in the members section on my website?

Sorry, but member files are EXCLUSIVE to Oregonbigfoot.com and you won't find most of this stuff anywhere else. If you do post it elsewhere, we will hunt you down and make you sorry. Seriously, though, this information is copyrighted, either by us or those who provided it. You'll face legal action if you infringe on copyright, so kindly don't.

How often do you update?
Sometimes daily or weekly, ALWAYS monthly. It all depends on what's available to add. We add enough content every month to make it MORE THAN worth your while. As long as you're subscribed to our free newsletter, you'll know when we add new stuff. :)

Can I give my friend my username and password so he can log in, too?
Absolutely not. Your IP is logged when you sign in and we'll know if you're sharing. If you are suspected of sharing your username and password, your account will be suspended. This is no different than any other subscription-based website.

If you have other questions not answered here, please email us.
